Antok…zzzZZZZ

Antok…ako ay isang taong antukin…Mas gusto ko pang matulog kesa ang sa kumain (pero di ibig sabihin nun eh hindi ko gustong kumain).

Hindi maiiwasan at malalabanan ang antok lalo na sa mga panahon ngayon na malamig at maulan.
May mga panahon na kailangang labanan ang antok lalo na kung ikaw ay nasa opisina, syempre kailangan mong mag trabaho para kumita di ba? Anu-ano nga ba ang mga pwedeng gawin para makaiwas sa pagkaantok.

1) Tumayo sa kinauupuan at maglakad-lakad (Mag akyat-baba sa hagdan para ma exercise)

2) Manghila ng kaopismeyt para magawa ang step#1 syempre mas nakakawala ng antok kapag may kasama ka kung gagawin ang step#3

3) Chumika, manggulo at makipagbalitaktakan sa mga ka opismeyts (syempre gawin ito kapag wala ang boss)

4) Kung may pantry, magpunta ng pantry, magtimpla ng kape at uminom ng kape (kundi mahilig sa kape uminom ng malamig na tubig para magising ang dugo

5) Mag-ayos ng mga papeles or gamit na nakakalat sa table

6) Tumawag sa telepono at kausapin ang mga taong matagal mo ng di nakakausap (kumustahin sila at tanungin kung inaantok rin sila gaya mo)

7) Basahin ang status ng mga nakaonline sa YM at tingnan ang mga avatars (pictures na nakapost) at mag comment

8) Kung maswerte ka at may access ka sa internet (magbasa-basa ng mga kapakipakinabang na pwedeng mabasa dipende sa hilig mo mapanews,sports or showbiz chika man yan, kung talagang mas malakas ka pa at pinagpala mag browse sa youtube at friendster, pwede ring mag blog hopping tulad ng ginagawa mo ngayon)

9) Makinig sa mp3 na nakasave sa computer mo (mas maganda kung mga rock music tapos malakas ang sounds para sure na gising ka)

Ikaw anong ginagawa mo para maalis ang antok mo?

Haysss nakakaantok naman….ikaw hindi ka ba inaantok?

Sige gagawin ko muna ang steps 1-9 ha para magising dugo ko…Try mo rin baka makatulong ang mga steps. =)
