Memory Gap…
June 23, 2009Bawal ang pork, bawal ang beans, bawal ang ganito, ganyan at ganun!!!…anu ba yan ang dami namang bawal. Pero di ba nga kung anong bawal daw eh masarap at nakakaenjoy gawin? Gaya na lang sa pagkain. Ang sarap ng ice cream, chips, chicharon, balot, balat ng manok, chocolate, taba ng baboy sa sinigang….pero bawal ito sa mga taong may altapresyon at sakit sa puso. Pero karamihan pa rin sa mga taong may ganitong karamdaman eh walang pakundangan pa rin sa pagkain ng mga pagkaing ipinagbabawal na sa kanila. Katwiran nila? Minsan lang tayong mabubuhay kaya dapat sulitin na bago pagsisihan ang lahat. Well may punto naman sila dun..bakit mo nga naman idedeprive ang sarili mo sa masasarap na pagkaing ito eh masarap sila at gusto mo silang kainin. Pero syempre kailangang mag-ingat, ok lang kung bata ka pa at malakas pa ang pangangatawan mo na kaya pang tunawin ang makakapal na taba sa mga kinakain mong pagkain. Pero kung ika’y may edad na at may dinaramdam aba kailangang maawat ka na sa kahibangan mong yan, kailangan mo ring isipin na maghinay-hinay sa mga bagay na bawal sayo. Panandaliang sarap pero habangbuhay na hirap naman ang idudulot nito hindi lang sayo kundi pati na rin sa mga taong nakapaligid sayo.
Mag-ingat ito lang ang aking paalala, sa panahon ngayon bawal ang magkasakit, hindi naman bawal ang mag-enjoy eh pero kailangan sa bawat pag-eenjoy natin eh isipin natin ang mga bagay na idudulot nito sayo after di ba?
